Mental Health
Could you be in Crisis?
A mental health crisis is a moment when someone’s emotional distress becomes so overwhelming that they can’t cope or function in their usual way. It often involves intense feelings—such as fear, despair, or confusion—that make it hard to think clearly, stay safe, or manage daily responsibilities. This can present in many ways, such as severe anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts or aggressive behaviour.
