We advise all patients to sign up to one of the methods of gaining online access either by Patient Access or the NHS App.
Patient Access
Patient online access enables you to view your records, cancel appointments, order medication and provides useful health guidance and information www.patient-services.co.uk . Please complete and submit the form and we will be in touch!
Registration is needed to obtain the practice ID, Access ID numbers and password which you will require to access your records. Please contact us by e-mailing or calling to register for online services and our staff will be glad to help you. Use the information on the registration token to complete the registration process online; you can do this by clicking the link www.patient-services.co.uk

NHS App
If you’re a patient at our practice, you can use the NHS App to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone, tablet or through the NHS website. The NHS app is owned and run by the NHS, making it a safe and simple way to manage your healthcare.
The NHS app doesn’t replace existing services and you can still contact us in the usual ways. But, once you have verified your identity in the app, you will have access to a growing range of health services and information including the ability to:
• order repeat prescriptions
• access NHS 111 online
• find NHS services (such as pharmacies and dentists)
• view your health records
• book appointments
• and much more…
