Patients between the ages of 50 -71 will receive a screening invitation letter directly from the hub with a timed appointment, at the point that they are due for a screen (every 3 years). There is no need to contact or chase this appointment before hand.
Once the letter has been received, patients are able to book, change or cancel their appointment either online, by calling the screening office or by sending an email. Please see below for contact details:
