New members needed; can you spare 6 hours a year?
The Acorn PPG works in consultation with the Practice, helping us to stay alert and responsive to patients’ needs and concerns, continuing to offer the highest quality of care. The PPG lends a hand with ongoing projects and helps identify new areas to explore and develop. We welcome patients from all walks of life, whether retired or working, youngsters or seniors and patients with all abilities.

Meetings and Surveys
As representatives of our patient population your opinions would be helpful in identifying areas of improvement within the Practice as well as influencing the development of local healthcare services. We would gather this information by inviting you to attend meetings as well as participate in on-line surveys up to four times a year. Occasionally, we may contact you for your opinion on certain proposed changes. We would gather this information by inviting you to attend meetings up to six times a year as well as participate in on-line surveys.
Topical Educational Events
We may offer topical educational events, if members would like us to.
Reporting Back
We will publish on our website a report of Patient Group Activity and subsequent achievements.
